Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience collaborating with business and product owners to translate needs into actionable plans.
• Document requirements as roadmaps, release plans, epics, features, and user stories.
• Proficiency with Agile Lifecycle Management tools; Jira preferred.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and lead enterprise software deployments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner, ensuring team deliverables meet quality and client acceptance.
• Navigate client situations, providing technical and business guidance to executives.
• Lead product and training rollouts for new users to drive adoption.
• Develop and deploy tools to streamline processes and improve metrics.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to understand needs and prioritize work.
• Act as liaison between government sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams.
• Monitor progress against the product roadmap for project success.
