United States Digital Space LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end Customer Care for government-focused financial products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Risk to keep initiatives compliant, on schedule and delivering measurable customer outcomes.

The role requires incident management, governance discipline and external partner oversight, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at one

Formación

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with external financial-services partners, vendors, or regulators.
• Familiarity with financial agency relationships or public-sector fintech is a plus.
• Incident management and crisis communication experience with formal severity/on-call processes.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and executive-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Contact Center program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to meet regulatory requirements.
• Run governance cadences and manage risk, RAID logs, and escalations.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract deliverables.
• Own change management, testing, and rollback plans for production changes.
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and inquiries with documentation and responses.
• Build KPI/metrics reporting for program health and outcomes.
• Act as single point of contact for Trump Account incidents and associated teams.
• Lead incident management and business continuity for brokerage systems.
