Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field and about 7 years of experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects.
• Proficient with workflow automation, project management, and data visualization software.
• Must have overseen project scope, client engagement, and project closeout.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint document libraries, metadata, views, and permissions.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, agendas, notes, decisions, and action items.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and management updates.
• Maintain and organize SharePoint content and governance standards.
• Support office administrative management, calendars, and tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff across teams to manage deliverables.
