Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least six years of web publishing or digital content management experience.
• Experience with federal government clients.
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint management.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Stage, update, and publish web content using Drupal or other CMS.
• Conduct Section 508 remediation for documents, PDFs, and web content.
• Audit and assess website content to identify improvement opportunities.
• Advise on taxonomy, IA, and content presentation improvements.
• Support accessibility, SEO, and user experience enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement web tasks and track progress.
• Perform QA checks across test, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with designers, UX, content strategists, developers, and clients.
