Job summary

Copt-Defense-Properties is seeking a Government Services Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day project delivery and lead building technicians. You will work closely with the Government Contracting Officer and vendors to ensure efficient execution within time and budget constraints.

The role involves planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration, with leadership responsibilities for a team and ongoing customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business or related field
• Project Management Certification or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution and lead technicians to meet schedule and financial targets
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer and vendors to communicate job information
• Prepare written materials such as reports, meeting minutes and proposals
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet changing needs
• Administer contracts and change orders; ensure compliance with contract terms
• Provide budgeting and financial analysis for projects; manage invoicing and payments
