Job summary

Starkey Hearing Technologies seeks a driven sales professional to expand our hearing aid business across VA Medical Centers, Military/DOD facilities, Community Care, and Indian Health Clinics. You will manage key accounts, maintain CRM data, and drive training initiatives to support sales strategies, with deep audiology knowledge to assist customers effectively.

The role emphasizes strong relationships, project management, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• MS or AuD in Audiology or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategy and business plans to increase market share.
• Maintain and expand customer base; manage CRM with contact and account info.
• Collaborate with GS audiology account rep for quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate training seminars and product education for customers.
• Support training, regional programs, and national symposiums.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
