Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a field sales professional to drive hearing aid sales in VA Medical Centers, Military/DOD, Community Care and Indian Health Clinics. You will manage key accounts, expand market share, maintain CRM, and coordinate trainings with GS team.
The role requires audiology knowledge or licensed hearing instrument specialist credentials, 2+ years in hearing aid sales, and willingness to travel 75–80%.
Primary focus is to drive hearing aid sales within VA Medical Centers, Military/DOD facilities, Community Care, and Indian Health Clinics. Key responsibilities include maintaining and expanding market share with existing customers and prospecting for new business within the assigned territory. The position emphasizes strong account relationships, CRM maintenance, and project management to support sales strategies. It also requires an understanding of audiology concepts and proficiency in fitting Starkey products to assist customers effectively.
This position offers a base salary plus monthly commission/incentive opportunities. The anticipated total compensation, including base salary and commission, is expected to range from $100,000 to $150,000, based on performance. The total target compensation range represents estimated earnings based on expected commission rates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance and company objectives. The maximum payout under the annual incentive plan is 310%, achievable with a 200% target performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results, though there is no guarantee of payout.
