About the Role

OEI, a division of KI, specializes in selling contract office furniture solutions to the Federal Government, specifically for UNICOR. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to work remotely, covering accounts in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The preferred residence locations are Green Bay, WI, or Erie, PA; Harrisburg, PA; or Allentown, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sell directly to Federal Government end users and purchasing staff.
  2. Utilize a consultative sales approach to develop new accounts and expand existing ones.
  3. Present effectively to large groups and generate new business leads.
  4. Travel within the territory approximately 50-75% of the time.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in the office furniture industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Adaptability to meet client needs.
  • Team collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

Position offers a base salary plus commission, car allowance, reimbursable travel expenses, and excellent benefits.
