Position Overview

The Government Account Manager will be responsible for sales of FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation’s (HCUS) full portfolio (Endoscopy, Modality Solutions, and Medical Informatics) to key Federal Government medical treatment facilities, focusing on the Department of Defense (DOD), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Indian Health Services (IHS), and select State agencies within a defined territory. The primary responsibility is to achieve or exceed annual budgets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and customer service. The role involves engaging decision makers and influencers in Radiology, Biomedical, Women’s Healthcare, and Surgery, including Radiologists, Healthcare Directors, Biomed Chiefs, Surgeons, and Administrators. The manager will collaborate across HCUS teams to ensure territory coverage and financial goals are met.

Ideal candidate location: Southwest market.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Bookings and Revenue
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by calling on government hospitals and facilities within assigned geography.
  • Drive sales of HCUS portfolio products and expand installed base.
  • Develop strategic business plans for key government accounts.
  • Forecast sales accurately monthly and quarterly.
  • Close sales across the portfolio and expand existing business.
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings and leverage team expertise.
Customer Intimacy
  • Coordinate customer communication and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and site configurations following policies.
  • Use CRM tools proficiently to manage opportunities and account data.
  • Lead prospecting and closing efforts within assigned geography.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to improve sales success.
  • Participate in meetings and special projects as needed.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieve sales quotas and collaborate for positive customer experience.
  • Follow business processes and contribute to team environment.
Other
  • Comply with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  • Complete vendor credentialing and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 4+ years in selling to Federal Government accounts (preferred).
  • 4+ years in medical imaging sales (preferred).
  • Proven success in strategic selling and closing.
Educational Requirements
  • BA/BS degree (preferred).
Skills & Other Requirements
  • Strong sales and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively.
Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Ability to sit, manipulate items, stand, and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Travel up to 80% as needed.
