What You'll Do

Serve as a focal point for managing Booz Allen’s Congressional relationships and identifying opportunities to strengthen key connections.

Lead and coordinate Congressional engagement activities, including fly‑ins, Hill Days, site visits, and senior executive meeting preparation.

Represent Booz Allen on Capitol Hill, engaging Congressional offices and staff on behalf of Government Relations Sector Leads.

Develop rapid‑notification strategies and communications campaigns to support timely outreach to Congress.

Enhance Government Relations’ use of AI, internal CRM systems, and external data platforms to increase organizational effectiveness.

Track legislative, appropriations, and political developments to anticipate issues affecting Booz Allen.

Monitor hearings, media activity, and the Congressional schedule to maintain comprehensive situational awareness.

Support Sector Leads with policy research and recommendations on legislation, proposals, and advocacy priorities.

Coordinate annual Government Relations campaigns to drive legislative, funding, and engagement outcomes for the firm.

Assist in managing relationships with external political consultants to support campaign influence and access.

You Have:

3+ years of experience working in a Congressional office

Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of public policy and congressional processes
