Position Overview

The Government Regional Sales Manager will identify, target, and close sales in the Government sectors of the AI Transportables marketplace. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role involves managing the entire sales process, engaging with C-level executives, developing sales strategies, and managing OEM accounts and manufacturer reps. The candidate should have recent experience in high-performance edge computing markets, technical proposal writing, and persuasive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships, including negotiations and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for program execution.
  • Manage and support OEM accounts and manufacturer reps.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of recent sales/business development experience serving Government clients with complex products.
  • Strong client relationship skills and high-level contacts in organizations like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, etc.
  • Proven success in selling to engineers, executives, and program managers.
  • Bachelor’s in technical or business discipline; MBA preferred.
  • US citizenship required; ability to travel 50-60%.
