Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a government property administrator to manage shipping, receiving, tracking, reporting, and disposition of government and corporate assets, including subcontractors. The role requires maintaining asset databases and performing physical inventories with accurate PIEE documentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring assets are calibrated and properly maintained, coordinating shipping (including international and HazMat), and liaising with government property

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Must be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including management, Accounting, Contracts, Subcontracts and government personnel; good organization, communication, and writing skills a must.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand for hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Administer government and corporate property including shipping, receiving, tracking, reporting, and disposition of government and corporate assets to include subcontractors.
• Maintain asset databases.
• Perform, record, and report on physical inventories of government and corporate assets to include subcontractors.
• Maintain timely and accurate inventory records, and transfer documents within the PIEE system.
• Facilitate and ensure government and corporate assets are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Receive and quality check of equipment/material (may require lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted).
• Prepare and coordinate shipping for government and corporate assets to include freight shipments, international and HAZMAT.
• Liaison with Government property Administrators and customer organizations with respect to government property.
