Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in Government Programs Operations to enhance data-driven efficiency for Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial plans. You will produce recurring and ad hoc reports, design BI dashboards, and automate deliverables with scalable, code-based templates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare data experience.
• Experience with large datasets and data analysis.
• Experience with clinical, Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, or Commercial data is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial plans.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Create and maintain a repository of standardized code templates to streamline report generation and automate routine tasks.
• Ensure analytical outputs comply with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Support R&R activities by performing impact analyses and evaluating outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Analytics to validate analytical outputs before client delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance operational capabilities.
