Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.
• 2+ years drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts.
• 2+ years leading proposals, contract terms development and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
