• Preferred candidates will have government experience from a federal or state regulatory or enforcement agency, but it is not required.
• Candidates should have top-quality work product, strong academics, an interest in business development, exceptional client service, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to draft complicated opinions and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner.
