Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and familiarity with Jira.
• Experience supporting Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master qualification.
• 3-5 years' experience supporting Federal IT projects.
• Experience with Palantir/Foundry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with government officials and stakeholders regularly.
• Seek customer feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create relevant documentation.
• Capture user stories in Jira and assist with sprint demos.
• Evaluate project processes and propose improvements.
