Job summary

Rea is seeking a leader for its Governmental GAAP reporting and consulting practice in Ohio. The role will manage the government financial reporting team, guide staff, and ensure engagement success for clients in tax, accounting, and advisory services.

You will coach staff, monitor progress, uphold quality controls, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and profitability for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead government financial reporting & consulting team including senior associates and staff.
• Coach and develop junior staff and oversee task delegation and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regs, and firm policies; review financial documents for accuracy.
