Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA is seeking an Estimating and Pricing Manager to lead a team focused on government-focused estimates and pricing for Tanker programs. You will guide production estimating, ROM/NTE estimating, Pricing & Availability, and related process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

Strong leadership, judgment, and communication are essential. Minimal travel may be required as needed to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating U.S. Government projects.
• 5+ years of experience working on proposals and/or estimates.
• At least one year in a leadership role or completion of Boeing leadership coursework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first-time quality and timely submittal of proposal deliverables.
• Work with senior leadership to acquire resources for projects and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, audit agencies, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provide guidance, oversight and approval of proposal approaches, products and processes.
• Ensure compliance related to estimating methodologies and processes.
• Possess knowledge of government and company pricing policies and regulations.
• Engage in employee development and coaching.
• Minimal travel on an “as needed” basis domestically.
