EY’s Government & Infrastructure practice in Washington is seeking a Manager in Data Analytics and Transformation Execution to lead analytics engagements for federal, state and local government clients. You will guide data-driven programs, build dashboards, and present recommendations to executives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client relationship building and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting or BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboards.
• Experience with trend, variance, benchmarking and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of transformation and project management disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engagements for government clients, managing scope, schedule, communications, risk and stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Create dashboards, visualizations and reports using BI tools and automate reporting.
• Translate findings into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs and metrics; ensure data integrity of outputs.
• Direct engagement delivery, financial performance and technical execution per EY standards.
• Build client relationships to support proposals and business opportunities.
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities.
