The Government Cooperative Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, evaluation, and compliance of Government Cooperative Contracts (such as OMNIA, Sourcewell, GSA, etc.) while developing relationships and collaborating with internal and external sales teams. What you will do:



  • Focus on Government Cooperative Contract Purchasing

  • Provide field with support in timely manner

  • Manage internal and external business relationships

  • Create and maintain data file processing and logistics, enforcing best practices for established guidelines.

  • Develop enhancements and calculation builds within related software to ensure compliance with cooperative contracts.

  • Data management within related systems, including data uploads, data feeds, reporting, and analytics.

  • Interpret data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggests areas for process improvement.

  • Provide findings and analysis for use in decision making.

  • Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.

  • Provide education to field on cooperative purchasing programs, sales tactics, and requirements/processes for compliance.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce

  • Experience in data analytics of large data sets

  • Detail oriented


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience with Government Cooperative Contracts (such as OMNIA, Sourcewell, GSA etc.)

  • Experience in government cooperative purchasing

  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.60 - $45.65 / hr. in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
