Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field with 4+ years in Procurement/Contract Management.
• Experience with clients and supplier relations.
• U.S. Government contracting/subcontracting experience preferred (DOE or DOD).
• Experience purchasing first‑of‑a‑kind fabricated equipment, IT software, and commercial items.
• Understanding of quality assurance and export control requirements.
• Nuclear or related experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with trust, integrity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support complex procurement and subcontract management duties, including federal government contracting.
• Manage procurement activities focusing on performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review statements of work and specs to ensure correct goods/services are procured.
• Prepare pre-award activities: RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs, site visits.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor orders for on-time delivery.
• Perform price analyses and ensure funding is approved before contract.
• Closeout activities and maintain purchasing records.
