Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- 7+ years of government contracting experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
- Experience designing and implementing government contracting compliance programs.
- Experience performing risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Experience developing indirect rates and cost estimates.
- Ability to interact with client management and government auditors.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- US Citizenship is required for this client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Interpret regulations related to FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
- Develop compliance-based business systems.
- Assist in analysis of government allegations of noncompliance.
- Prepare audit finding responses and analysis of cost and financial data.
- Calculate and/or review indirect rates and incurred cost submissions.
- Perform budget and cash‑flow analysis and EAC preparation.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in staff development and training.
