Qualifications

• Knowledge of contracting methods, contract types and principles.
• Experience managing projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong skills with automated procurement systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• 2–4 years of procurement/contracting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft SOWs, solicitations, terms and conditions.
• Cradle to grave acquisition work including pre-solicitation, evaluation, vendor selection, contract administration.
• Develop pre-negotiation positions and justify contracts.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for compliance and completeness.
• Conduct market analyses and input data in PASS.
• Prepare acquisition plans and milestones.
