Candidate will manage Unanet-based labor tracking, contract structures (FFP, T&M, CPFF), and deliverable workflows while guiding cross-functional teams to optimize data flow and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• 7+ years in government contracting project planning, program management, or project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in building quantitative spreadsheet models for EAC forecasting and spend planning.
• Hands-on proficiency managing project setups, time-charging, and labor tracking in Unanet or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMR process, including preparing executive briefings and presenting to government leadership.
• Oversee the CDRL lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are scheduled, peer-reviewed, and on-time.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for government offices, CORs/COTRs, subcontractors, and executives.
• Refactor legacy planning assets to streamline data flow and improve financial reporting accuracy.
