Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support the DHS/ICE Camp East Montana contract in El Paso, TX. The role oversees swing shift operations, staff supervision, and the Service Desk to ensure timely resolution of requests, incidents, and tickets.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, managing subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining accurate documentation across databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Experience with government or military operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee swing shift operations to meet contract objectives.
• Supervise Staff: training, scheduling, evaluation and mentoring.
• Manage Service Desk ticket resolution, incident response and escalation per SLAs.
• Coordinate workloads and monitor subcontractor performance for contract standards.
• Maintain government property accountability and SOPs for logistics and service desk operations.
• Liaise with government customers, subcontractors and leadership to ensure success.
