Job summary

Keck Hospital of USC seeks an Accounts Receivable Collections Supervisor to oversee day-to-day AR collections, government AR management, and related billing activities. You will lead a team, review claims and denials, and ensure timely follow-up and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will drive process improvements, mentor staff, and coordinate with payers to resolve issues, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a complex hospital revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• > Must have 5 years prior management in Governmental Hospital AR billing or Revenue Cycle.
• > Strong knowledge of hospital registration, insurance billing, and AR management.
• > Proven ability to supervise, organize and multi-task to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all AR collections functions: billing, follow-up, disputes, and analyses.
• Identify payer issues and trends to support revenue cycle initiatives.
• Engage with payers on aging and AR resolution; lead related meetings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations affecting AR.
