Qualifications

• Two years experience in seismology or construction mining; degree may substitute years; CS focus preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Five years experience with MS Office.
• Five years experience managing contracts.
• Five years experience analyzing statistical data.
• Five years using MFMP or state-issued credit card.
• Five years with web-based CMS.
• Five years data collection and analysis.
• Florida Contract Manager certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Review and process construction mining complaints and applications to determine licensure eligibility.
• Monitor licensure compliance and assist staff in handling complaints against licensed professionals.
• Maintain the Construction Mining program website and web content.
• Liaise between the Bureau and other departments (accounting, data processing, IT, counsel).
• Review and approve program purchase requests; prepare monthly reports.
• Develop procedures/guidelines for construction mining; help develop rules and legislation.
• Review complex background info to determine licensure eligibility.
• Perform other related duties as required.
