Qualifications

• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills; experience with memos or policy briefs is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state legislative and regulatory developments across energy, transportation, tax, labor, and supply chain topics.
• Develop weekly updates that summarize changes, why it matters, and what business stakeholders should expect next.
• Build issue playbooks outlining policy backgrounds, stakeholders, timelines, impacts, and next steps.
• Prepare briefing materials, including one-pagers, talking points, Q&A documents, and meeting summaries.
