Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Governance Process Analyst to help design, document, and continuously improve governance workflows across Enterprise Data Governance. You will partner with governance leads, data stewards, product teams, and security partners to implement process improvements, automate workflows, and ensure compliant data usage across enterprise data platforms.

You will analyze current processes, document future-state workflows, and support adoption of improvements.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience analyzing, documenting, or improving business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting current-state processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional implementation efforts.
• Experience developing workflow automation using Power Automate, platforms, low-code tech, AI, or automation tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or analytical/automation tools.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Ability to use automation or AI to solve business problems.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Develop, document, maintain, and improve governance workflows, operating procedures, and templates.
• Gather requirements from governance leads and stakeholders for current and future-state processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks and propose practical improvements.
