The role ensures governance strategy is translated into scalable processes, with clear decision pathways and documentation to support an evolving analytics program. You will work with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and platform teams to enable governance decisions, design platform capabilities, and measure program health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, data governance or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business stakeholders, technical teams, and multiple contributors.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and establish structure in evolving environments.
• Experience translating policies and technical concepts into practical processes, guidance, and sustainable ways of working.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the Analytics Data Governance (ADG) program across domains.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, governance forums, and gather requirements to drive decisions and actions.
• Identify stalled work, unclear ownership, or recurring friction and drive escalation or follow-up.
• Support Enterprise Data Platform initiatives through requirements gathering and process design.
• Develop governance communications, training, and playbooks to enable partner adoption.
