Job summary

GTSC seeks a Chief Growth Officer to lead the growth engine across our GovCon portfolio, including GST, The Bowen Group, AEITS, and DataWiz. This executive role reports to the COO and drives strategy, pipeline, and win rates toward $100M+ revenue and beyond.

Based in Chantilly, VA with a hybrid schedule and travel to customer sites, the CGO will establish repeatable growth systems, own the qualified pipeline end-to-end, and align M&A activities with inorganic growth goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in federal GovCon with leadership in business development and growth.
• Proven ability to scale a federal services business toward $100M+ revenue.
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and contract vehicles.
• Strong relationships across federal customers and GovCon ecosystem.
• Experience sourcing, diligence, and post-close integration for M&A.
• Ability to operate credibly with CEO, board, and customers.
• Proven repeatable growth systems and pipeline governance.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year growth strategy and translate into a qualified pipeline.
• Enforce pipeline discipline with bid governance and forecast accuracy.
• Lead BD, capture, and proposal operations across the platform.
• Drive competitive positioning, price-to-win, and teaming.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
• Protect and expand strategic vehicles and recompetes.
