Ideal candidates have 7+ years of admin experience, ADM-201, and hands-on GovCloud expertise. The role offers hybrid/remote work and a base salary range of $128,445–$183,450 USD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Salesforce administrator experience.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and FedRAMP‑authorized environments.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) and mastery of declarative platform, including security model, permission sets, flows, report types, and page layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Salesforce Government Cloud org, ensuring environment is configured correctly, segmented from commercial orgs, and aligned to FedRAMP and CUI handling requirements.
• Provision and deprovision user access, managing profiles, permission sets, roles, and licenses with least-privilege in line with governance standards.
• Build and deliver enhancements using declarative tools and coordinate changes within GovCloud constraints.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for federal sales, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
• Perform routine platform maintenance including data quality, deduplication, sandbox and release management.
