AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee life-cycle management of GFP and CAP within the RTES contract, ensuring FAR and DFARS compliance and interfacing with the Government Property Administrator and contract leadership.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and extensive logistics and property management experience in defense-related environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or business discipline required.
• Twelve (12) years of experience in a related area required; alternative pathways provided.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance; DPAS/DFARS compliance knowledge is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage life-cycle of Government property (GFP and CAP) in contract possession.
• Ensure a compliant property management system per FAR 52.245-1 and relevant DFARS clauses.
• Coordinate with Government Property Administrator and program leadership for PMSA activities.
