Job summary

Catalis, LLC, a leading government SaaS and integrated payments provider, seeks a Vice President, Product Management in Payments to guide product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will lead market research, define strategy, and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with engineering, operations, and sales.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive go-to-market initiatives, and monitor KPIs to optimize product performance across government sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years as a product manager in payments or related field.
• Strong understanding of payment processing technologies (card networks, wallets, gateways).
• Experience with agile development and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs in payments.
• Develop and maintain product strategy aligned with goals; define roadmap and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, client success, sales, and account management.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including user stories and sprints.
• Drive launches with go-to-market plans and promotional materials.
• Monitor product KPIs and performance for continuous improvement.
• Communicate vision and progress to executives and stakeholders; engage customers and partners for feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements in the payments industry.
