Job summary

Clean Team Inc. seeks a dependable Day Porter to join our education facility team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and safety throughout the day, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, can work independently, and communicates well with staff. You will handle restroom cleaning, trash removal, supply restocking, and assist with events, all while staying active and punctual during the 1:00 PM-7:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain active, walk, and stand during the shift.
• Reliable transportation and legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout assigned buildings and common areas.
• Monitor and clean restrooms throughout the shift.
• Respond to spills, touch-up cleaning, and urgent cleaning requests.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate building needs or concerns to management.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
