Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a reliable Day Porter to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. This role keeps common areas presentable during business hours, handles spill cleanups, restocks supplies, and communicates politely with on-site staff.

The position offers a steady weekday schedule and opportunities to grow within a growing commercial cleaning organization. Based in Medina, OH, you will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, at the Medina location or nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, building services, or customer-facing facility roles is helpful but not required.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work.
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel.
• Reliable transportation to work location(s).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Check common areas and restrooms regularly throughout the shift.
• Spot-clean spills, entrances, glass, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Respond to routine cleaning needs while following site priorities.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions.
• Communicate courteously with on-site staff while respecting privacy.
