Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of an educational facility in Delaware, OH. The position runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with pay based on experience.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Prior janitorial experience is preferred and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required or preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout assigned buildings and common areas.
• Monitor and clean restrooms throughout the shift.
• Respond to spills, touch-up cleaning, and urgent cleaning requests.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate building needs or concerns to management.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
