Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Gourmet) to load and unload delivery vehicles, select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods on pallets, and move inventory to the delivery area. You will perform stock transfers, ensure proper storage, maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, and follow safety procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to work weekends and extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience with ability to operate forklift safely.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (35ºF) and stand for long shifts.
• Proficient in basic counting, inventory checks, and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles; count and confirm inventory.
• Move stock to designated warehouse positions and load pallets for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; follow policies; assist with other duties as assigned.
