DO & CO in New York is seeking a detail-oriented Silverware Packer to join our hospitality-focused team. You will polish, assemble, and pack cutlery, napkins, and related items for airline and event service, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy for each flight.

The role requires 1 year of packing or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to handle up to 25 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• One year of packing, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proactive, dependable, and well-organized.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Polish, assemble, and pack cutlery, napkins, linens, and related items according to airline specifications.
• Inspect all items for cleanliness, quality, and accuracy before packing.
• Ensure the correct quantities and types of utensils are prepared for each assigned flight.
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Keep products separated, organized, and properly rotated.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company procedures related to packaging, cleaning, and product handling.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System handbook.
• Report food safety concerns or system issues to management and the Hygiene and Food Safety team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
