Gourmet Food Runner at Yellowtail inside the Bellagio, part of MGM Resorts International, delivers orders with precision, supports service, and upholds high cleanliness and presentation standards. You’ll work front-of-house and behind the scenes to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality passion, relevant gourmet restaurant experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while learning and growing within a premier dining

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• 4+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar gourmet restaurant.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant.
• Positive mindset and adaptability; eager to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a relevant greeting and guide selections with menu knowledge.
• Know menu items, prices, prep methods, ingredients, portions, and presentation.
• Respond accurately to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain table cleanliness and a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills and secure payments efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Work as a team to support guests and staff.
• Complete Restaurant Training Program and testing.
