Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a food runner for on-site service at Flamingo Las Vegas. You will expedite food orders from bartenders and servers while maintaining a cheerful demeanor and representing the Gordon Ramsay brand positively.

Responsibilities include serving promptly, ensuring order accuracy, and keeping work areas clean. Must have 6 months of food service experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of food/bev products.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previous food server/running experience.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to interact with guests and co-workers.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Basic/intermediate math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
• Knowledge of policies, safety labels and instructions.
• Alcohol Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve food in a timely manner.
• Ensure order accuracy before serving.
• Monitor tables and respond to guest needs.
• Describe preparation methods and ingredients of menu items.
• Carry multiple dishes (up to 3) safely.
• Inform guests about Gordon Ramsay and brand history.
• Refresh flatware after each course or on request.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and station.
• Work standing for extended periods.
