Qualifications

• Basic knife handling skills; may include use of a deli slicer.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help department to maximize sales by providing exceptional guest service.
• Upsell and suggestively sell products to guests.
• Rotate, face, restock, and display products.
• Maintain department equipment and cleanliness.
• Cut, wrap, and clean various types of cheeses.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Record temperatures and inventory for ordering.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Be guest-focused and brand ambassador for Citarella.
