You may assist with ware washing and inventory tasks as needed, with opportunities to interact with guests. Qualified candidates have at least one year on a busy kitchen line, possess basic math and communication skills, and may hold culinary certification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience cooking on a fast-paced kitchen line.
• Culinary certified training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking, following recipes, portion control, and presentation.

Aufgaben

• Control food usage to minimize waste.
• Prepare and cook orders for daily operations in a timely manner.
• Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory.
• Restock items as needed through the shift.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area per Health Board requirements.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area including reach-ins and counters.
• Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
• May assist as ware washer or other kitchen duties.
• Promote teamwork and quality service; may interact with guests.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
