Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of bartender experience, current certification, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders' certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of the latest trends around mixology.
• Descriptive and sales-oriented mindset.
• 2-4 years bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and engage at the bar.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the bar, understanding details to enhance conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize the experience with timely, accurate billing.
• Stock and replenish beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes daily.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes.
