Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a campaign team or similar group
• Experience on at least 3 campaign cycles or unions
• Administrative experience with Votebuilder, accounts and scripts

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Regional GOTV Directors weekly
• Foster collaboration and accountability across regions
• Develop GOTV trainings and create reference resources
• Share priorities and strategic shifts with organizers
• Troubleshoot issues to keep programs running smoothly
• Help design and analyze reporting structures
