Gotion Inc. is hosting an Early Careers Program as part of its College Career Fair outreach in Manteno, IL. The program targets ambitious new graduates seeking hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to engineering, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and business roles.

You’ll work on real projects, receive structured onboarding, and be mentored by experienced professionals, with opportunities to grow across functions within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed within the last 0–2 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset; curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
