Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis is seeking a GOS Client Accountant to perform full cycle accounting, assist with cash management and AP/AR, and support financial reporting for the Finance team and stakeholders.
The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Yardi or similar real estate software, and strong Excel/data analytics skills. On-site position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
The Accountant provides core accounting, bill payment and processing, financial support, and occasional administrative support to the Finance team, Procurement, and Facility Managers. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Accountant, this role maintains and updates financial records in databases, spreadsheets, and accounting systems used to track expenditures, revenue, receipts, cash flow, and related financial activity.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 59,500.00 - $70,000.00
