Job summary

Google Workspace Customer Engineer, Mid-Market Enterprise, Google Cloud is a role within Google Cloud where you will partner with Sales to differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers. You will serve as the primary technical partner, engaging in technical conversations to understand business issues and drive practical, useful solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, building, or implementing agentic AI solutions to automate business processes.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI platforms (including Gemini Enterprise), its features, engaged differentiation, and the integration of enterprise-wide data sources and third-party connectors.

  • Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers and partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Workspace. Take responsibility for the technical aspect of RFPs/RFIs.
  • Architect solutions that leverage Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex, end-to-end customer workflows. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Workspace.
  • Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise including integrations with third-party data sources.
  • Lead discussions that connect business goals to technical decisions.
