Massage Therapist at Google powered by Body Techniques

Job Summary

Body Techniques is the exclusive vendor for Google's massage program. We are hiring skilled massage therapists to work as employees at our Google locations in Sunnyvale, CA. The goal of Google's massage program is to recharge and empower Googlers’ bodies and minds. We seek therapists who can help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Provide Google employees with thorough and knowledgeable massage treatments.
2. Interact professionally with sensitivity to the needs of the Googlers.
3. Design specific sessions based on individual needs.
4. Maintain the quality of the facilities and supplies provided.
5. Maintain a professional appearance.
6. Adhere reliably to the scheduled shifts.
7. Respond promptly to emails and communications.
8. Be self-reliant and capable of problem-solving on the spot.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a valid license in accordance with California state law.
• Be independently insured.
• Have at least three years of massage experience.
• Prenatal certification (24 hours of CE) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Past corporate experience is a plus.
• Experience with chiropractic and/or spa settings is beneficial.
• Experience with table and chair massage preferred.
• Be technologically savvy and capable of resolving basic tech issues independently.
• Be comfortable with Google video calls and chat.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Navigate Google appointment booking system efficiently.
