Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Part Time (32 hours/week = 24 RVEs/week) with benefits, or Part Time 24 hours/week (18 RVEs), or Per Diem (6 visits/week). Non-traditional schedules such as Thursday-Monday are available.

• Area #11: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mountain View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos
• Area #12: San Jose, Morgan Hill

About the position: Our Licensed Physical Therapists collaborate with doctors, patients, and support systems to provide top-tier care aimed at restoring health and activity. Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, strength, and function; setting goals to improve balance, walking, and strength; educating patients; assessing home environments for safety; and recommending equipment and techniques to enhance therapy.

Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist preferred
• Open to entry-level candidates or those without prior home health experience
• Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
• BLS Certification
• Good understanding of clinical terminology
• Attention to detail for documentation
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills
• Proficiency with computers and systems such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, etc.
